Nurturing Hearts, Strengthening Spirits
At Christian Living Communities, Chaplain Services are our cornerstone, weaving love and support into every life we touch.
Our Strengthening Our Foundation campaign in 2023 sparked an outpouring of generosity: 500+ gifts totaling $221,000. This remarkable response echoes our community's deep-rooted compassion.
In 2024, our Chaplains made 23,000+ connections, with most being personal resident visits. This individualized spiritual care is the essence of our unique community.
Together, we're cultivating a legacy of care that embraces each person's journey, making our community a true sanctuary of support and understanding.
Strengthening Our Foundation
Celebrating the Success of the Chaplain Services Campaign
We are filled with gratitude for the incredible support of our Strengthening Our Foundation campaign. Thanks to the generosity of residents, families, friends, and team members, we raised more than $221,000.
Thanks to your generosity, we have already invested more than $40,000 directly into vital Chaplain Services. Your gifts have helped to provide worship supplies, new hymnals, and essential Chaplain support at Dayspring Villa.
Chaplain Services, integral to Christian Living Communities since its inception, ensure that residents, families, and team members feel loved, known, and supported in their spiritual journeys.
This year, our Chaplain Team made more than 14,000 personal connections, with 64% of their time spent on individual visits — 75% of which were with residents. These personal interactions are the heart of their impact, providing grief support, spiritual guidance, and companionship.

Offering a Kind Heart and Soul to a Team Member in Need
When we think of chaplains, we often think of the spiritual care they offer residents and families. But they also support the care teams at CLC. Chaplain Brian was "a kind heart and a kind soul" for a Someren Glen team member, Talia, experiencing the deep loss of a loved one. Read Talia's story.
